Heroic
The Heroic Stage is where young athletes take their first courageous steps into basketball. Focused on confidence, fundamentals, and character, this stage helps players build essential skills while developing the mindset needed to rise above challenges. Through supportive coaching and engaging, developmentally-appropriate sessions, athletes learn to approach the game with effort, enthusiasm, and a heroic attitude toward growth.

Programs in this stage follow Canada Basketball’s Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model — specifically the FUNdamentals and Learn to Train phases — ensuring every beginner and intermediate athlete receives proper technique development, age-appropriate instruction, and a strong foundation to advance with purpose.

Prevail
The Prevail Stage is built for athletes ready to outwork, out-effort, and out-improve their competition. In this stage, players deepen their skill set, sharpen their decision-making, and begin learning advanced team concepts in environments that push them to rise above challenges. Training becomes more intentional, more competitive, and more focused on helping athletes separate themselves through discipline and effort.

Ascend
The Ascend Stage is designed for athletes who are ready to rise above the standard and elevate every part of their game. Players in this stage train in a more demanding, high-performance environment where advanced skills, tactical IQ, and competitive readiness are emphasized. Athletes learn to adapt under pressure, execute at speed, and raise their level with consistency — preparing them for rep teams, circuit play, and elite competition.

Distinguish
The Distinguish Stage is built for elite athletes who are ready to separate themselves from the pack and compete at the highest levels of youth basketball. In this stage, players train in a high-performance environment that mirrors the demands of national circuits, exposure events, and advanced athlete development systems. Every session challenges athletes to refine their craft, compete with purpose, and carry themselves like the next level is already calling.
Programming in this stage aligns with Canada Basketball’s Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) phase of Train to Compete, emphasizing peak performance, advanced team concepts, and the physical and mental preparation required for prep school, national circuit competition, and post-secondary pathways such as NCAA, U Sports, CCAA, and JUCO.
